Oh for the love a a good coffee!
Green beans from different regions of the world excite my passion for what lays within their seed, cooked till golden or deep brown, cooled and packaged, only to wait a few days for the taste of these beans ground and put through the cappuccino machine.
Nothing can compare to your own brew, carefully nurtured for the taste bud, and yes, or sometimes....'no', it may be the one you've been waiting for, most times it's acceptable, some are great, once in a while they are brilliant to taste, but like all who take part in this passion, occasionally the taste is but once and into the garbage it goes, but alas, as the passion grows, less of that happens :)
